  • Hence, CDUN will aim at providing an understanding on the different aspects of drug use in terms of its history and present trade and abuse situations, existing policy framework to deal with the use in Nepal, and identify likely causes to support future policy development, bearing in mind that the end user has often been a poor person who buys drugs before the necessities of life.
